Pro14: programma e formazioni del tredicesimo turno celtico

Archiviato l’anno solare 2018, il Pro14 riparte subito in grande stile, proponendo un fine settimana estremamente interessante. Mentre il Benetton Rugby attende i Glasgow Warriors (qui i 2 XV), e le Zebre ospitano i Cheetahs (qui le formazioni), in Galles ed Irlanda, in chiusura delle festività natalizie, è ancora tempo di derby nazionali.

Gli Ospreys, reduci dal sorprendente k.o. a Rodney Parade contro i Dragons, ospitano nel primo pomeriggio di sabato, al Liberty Stadium, i rampanti Cardiff Blues, in grado, lo scorso weekend, di porre fine alla striscia di vittorie interne consecutive degli Scarlets con una superba prestazione che ha prodotto un 34-5 finale che ha lasciato esterrefatti gli appassionati ovali gallesi e non solo. Più tardi nel corso della giornata, invece, il team di Wayne Pivac riceve al Parc Y Scarlets proprio i Dragons, per una sfida delicatissima per i padroni di casa, a caccia di fiducia dopo un macroperiodo piuttosto complicato.

Anche in Irlanda, grande attesa per un fine settimana di rilievo, con la sfida dello Sportsground di Galway, tra Connacht e Munster, si preannuncia da fuochi d’artificio. Non da meno, sulla carta, anche il deullo tra Leinster ed Ulster, uscite con le ossa rotte dalle ultime gare del 2018.
